Ryuji Ishikawa is a professor in the department of Euro-American studies, faculty of Global and Regional Studies, University of the Ryukyus. He specializes in English Literature. He is currently working as an assistant to the president of the university for educational affairs. He is the director of the COIL project and administrating the whole protocol of the project with its adjunct schemes of global engagement.
