Dr. Hajime Nishitani is Professor of Law specializing in International Law and International Organizational Law, and currently holds a position of Vice Executive (SGU/Top Global University project) at Hiroshima University. As a former Vice President (International), he developed the Japanese version of BEVI together with Dr. Shealy. The Japanese version of BEVI, BEVI-j, was officially launched in December 2016 after 3 years of preparation.
